Level 1 is an introduction to a new way of being, an understanding of the history of Reiki and how it has evolved over the years. You will be attuned to the new frequencies and vibrations with a comprehensive workbook. Level 1 is very much about SELF. Seichim is based on Egyptian healing principles and brings in a gentle yet powerful feminine energy. Paired beautifully with the masculine supportive reiki energy.
